HAECHI

HAECHI is a mythical Korean creature with the body of a dog, the head of a lion, long pointed teeth,
feathered wings, scales, a horn and a bell around its neck.
HAECHI was used in ancient times to ward off disasters and evil. it was also a symbol of justice and
good fortune. Haechi was selected as the new mascot for Seoul city in 2008.
Mythical creatures are not unique to Korea, However, the way in which HAECHI is depicted
in Korea is distinct, as it is shown to be playful and friendly.
That is why we have branded HAECHI for our products as it is easy to remember and it
also stands for Korean culture, so we strongly believe that we can globalize it to customers in the world outthere.
